Harriet suggests adjusting the amount of ginger to suit your tastes – if you like it fiery grate a fair amount and vice versa. Richard's Visit to Ecuador

The most important ingredient in Ombars is of course, cacao.  We use cacao from Ecuador; a fine flavoured variety called Nacional Arriba which is indigenous to Ecuador.  Our co-founder, Richard, recently went to source to meet the farmers growing Ombar's cacao and to better understand the process our cacao goes through before we receive it.
